&pizza - Germantown

I like &pizza in general, this specific store I'm content with, but the only thing I don't particularly like is how &pizza has an online menu and unintentionally misleads customers thinking they can get a certain pizza from the online menu, when some stores (like this one) don't give their workers the menu recipe or give them the needed ingredients for the pizzas. Other than this, the staff here are nice and friendly, they are also flexible to changes in your orders. Note: Please don't be a Karen and throw a fit unnecessarily, these workers are trying their best, and you should consider their well being over your hungry little stomachs. I've witnessed a Karen scene happen recently and it is unsightly and sickening. Enjoy &pizza

George who was making my family I food, was more than accommodating. When Pizza had seemingly ran out of all of the vegan options for my Vegan Knots George offered to make me an alternative version with toppings of my own choice. Also when my son had mistakenly ordered his pie with no cheese; George remade the pie for my son remembered that we had been to his location a plethora amount of times all his good efforts would not go to waste. Simply put George is HIM !!!

This place never disappoints you with their fresh quality products and services. I don't live super close so I make sure I get 3 pizzas. Their chocolate cookies are always the best. &pizza rocks! You definitely have to pay them a visit.

To the staff working yesterday evening! I was there at 6:20pm yesterday 3/24/22 waiting in line to get our orders placed. The whole order took an hour. From the first lady staff who took our order had multiple online orders to in person orders. By the time we got to the end of the line the gentleman who was boxing and taking payments in between the online orders to our orders took exactly an hour. I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to these amazing staff from the beginning till the end and every staff member in between under so much pressure with the online orders and in person we’re EXCEPTIONALLY professional and so positive with their attitude and smile. I just couldn’t get mad about the wait at ALL. They kept their calm with the complaints of the customers and the orders that were backed up! I want to THANK YOU for ALL your amazing service! They absolutely deserve bonuses for yesterday! To Management- Please reward them for their excellence in customer service!!!

The Germantown location was filthy this evening. There were three female staff not of them spoke. I was only asked If I was having more than one pie. Sanitation buckets were on the counter where my pie was being finished. The trash can was 9ver flowing and the new pizza boxes were everywhere in the dining area.
