Panera Bread - Germantown

As a rule, a fan of Panera, especially her Mac 'n Cheese, but between the slow motion food preparation, the constant of objects, service that does not care, and which does not serve up to par food, I would be ruined with other Panera sites (or another local restaurant), as from what could be a nice cozy atmosphere, is ruined by food and service. This was once a big panera that took on new management at that time.

Never had any problems at this point, but I did not often. Recently, a steak and white Cheddar sandwich ordered and it had the most flimsy piece of steak on it, which hardly covered half the bread. The meat sandwich ratio was probably like 10

I was so disappointed today by my service and experience in this Panera. Usually this one is not a brainer victory for our family, but today it missed all counts - our order has a sandwich wrong-- I caught it on the receipt and they fixed it before it was made, but not offered to reimburse the dollar - not a big thing when it was. There was a 2 person group before us yet we waited for 15 minutes without explaining why with a lot of chatting and laughing in the prep area. When we got our order to the car, we realized that we had no cutlery, so a trip back. When we came back to the car for the second time, we realized that my husband's sandwich was wrong. Another trip back to repair it. This time I spoke to a manager and told him I never had this bad service on a discra and that despite the fact that he was standing right there, his employees clearly left and didn't work. He apologized, but that didn't correct my frustration. After we started driving, I realized that she did not order me the Baja bowl as, but mixed the Baja and Mediterranean bowl and gave me half of the ingredients from everyone. Absolutely not what I ordered. Overall, I was just really disappointed with my discra experience.

I don't know who squeezes life out of my cups when I order coffee, but I lose confidence in this place, the manager is sweet, but whoever makes the drinks or prepare the delivery orders should not be given this task anymore. I will post an example of the last order I have received, which I still have to hear from the café.

Solid experience at this location. We ordered on the app; our food came out about 15 minutes later (longer than estimated) but once we got it, all was good. Pizza was hot and tasty, salads were fresh and they didn't skimp on any ingredients. There's a big main seating area, with two smaller areas by the entrance and side exit. Some outdoor seating too.
