Eastern Kabob - Germantown

Rude ppl does not disturb the order before the time because they never deliver, they will wait 30 minutes minimum, no matter what they order and we do not talk about a 50-order will never recommend

Typically good service but online delivery order tonight was missing the jasmine rice that usually comes with the butter chicken. Called and they told me they would add it for my next order because they didn't have a delivery driver. I said I would just come pick it up (obviously negating the delivery fee I paid). Got there and the guy (who clearly couldn't be bothered and honestly seemed completely high) at the register gave me my rice. Checked it on my way back the car and it was brown rice, so I went back and asked if I could get the jasmine rice. He acted like he had no idea what that was then asked if I meant the white rice. I said yes and he said they ran out. Apparently he couldn't have told me that when I called five minutes earlier. So, not a great night for customer service and recommend they find someone slightly more engaged in their job to man the desk.

We ordered full chicken of tandoori and got only 4small pcs of chicken which is not even a plate. This is the second time that they gave a wrong order. We also specifically mentioned mild spicy but it was hot as hell and none of us could eat it.

What a horrible place. It’s hard to list everything that’s wrong with this restaurant in one review but here are some things:1. I ordered pickup. I was given a 30 minute estimate, I got there 45 mins later. I was told “10 to 15 mins more” I waited around for another 20 minutes and asked the guy about the status of the order. He said 5 more mins. I asked him why I was given a 30 minute estimate when it took one hour and 15 minutes, his response was: “who gave you that estimate, it wasn’t me.” this has happened multiple times. Other customers waiting there were experiencing the same thing.2. Food is very inconsistent. Same dishes can be a hit or miss depending on the day.3. I ordered food yesterday and found huge pieces of hard plastic in my food. Three years ago. I found a cockroach in my food at this place.Yesterday was my last time at this place, never again. Food is decently priced but you get what you pay for. Do not expect hygienic food preparation at this place.

Eastern Kabob standard is 50% lower then before. Friday November 5 pm I walk in and order Curry pokora, with only 2 small pokars, in it and 2 breads. My experience is they fill the cantainer with pokars and lil bit curry. When I got my food. again it was full with pokars and lil bit curry. Cold bread. Which is returned and ask them to make fresh hot one, but after 10 minute again he gave me cold. No freshness bread. Last week and before same problem. I will recommend check your food for its freshness. I will Not recommend EASTERN KABOB, as they repeatedly fail to prepare fresh food.
