Kouri's Grill - Germantown Hills

Food took a long time compared to how many customers were there. Ordered the monster nachos but they were relatively sub-par. Cheese balls are still good though but thats mostly the vendor. But at least they take groups, whereas Germantown Grille is too snooty for that.

Stopped in on Tuesday May 30. arrived at 8:30 pm. place was nearly empty, only 2 other tables besides us and a couple in the bar area. we didn't get our drinks until 9:00 pm and our meal wasn't served until after 10:00.The beer was served warm, and chicken wings were served ice cold tasted like the sauce came out of the refrigerator. overcharged for meal on top of it.we paid and left as soon as we could get out of there. will not return and can not recommend.

Had a large group come in for a lunch. They made us wait almost 2 hours before serving any food. The food was cold or served wrong. Staff did not seem prepared and did not seem to care about our service. Could be a rough service for them, but it was just not enjoyable. Do not bring a large group here. Small group should be good enough.

I like this place, the food is good: I had a very good gyro, and the atmosphere is nice. The service was excellent, and the bar tender quite polite.
