Subway - Gering

Food was good, customer service by Trinity not so much. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she definitely seemed Irritated that she had to stop what she was doing to help the guy that ended up cashing me out. I'm a Restaurant manager and been in the food Service for 24yrs, at the same place. I get it! it can be Stressful, but i didn't need to be treated like i was a nuisance. After, when i asked the guy that cashed me out what her name was and he told me , her attitude changed real quick (The guy cashier was very pleasant). I just moved to Gering. The first time I wanted to go to this Subway, They closed an hour early codidn't even try the food. The second time these two lovely young ladies very happy and i joked around with them made the experience pleasant. That's why I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars instead of a five star because of the1 bad experience I had because of one person. Food is great vegetables are fresh except the lettuce was browning. Establishment is clean.

My bread was way overproofed and sitting too long so it was tasteless stale and crumbled everywhere. The toppings were okay but your food cost must be off as stingy as the olive and extra olives were.But other than that, it was just okay. Every time I come to this subway, I'm not very impressed its just ok. I'll stay with the SB subway.. they at least make my order the friendly way.

The ladies working today were fantastic! The food was amazing, and the service was excellent.
