Bidra med feedbackI would have put 5 stars if possible, but the application does not give it the possibility. restaurant that offers a full vegetarian or vegan menu! the menus are in 4 dishes and are worth 46€: a butchery (composed when I came from three beautiful mouths) a small entrance a large entrance a dish a dessert and delicious homemade breads. possibility to add cheese in addition to vegetarians. all menus are surprises and change over the seasons and inspire the chef. we cannot know in advance, but let yourself be guided you can trust them. I was very pleasantly surprised to have a beautiful piece of spicy seitan in the main dish! plant proteins are very often absent from plant meals in general in restaurants that also make meat. service is fast, original dishes, friendly waitress, comfortable room and not very strong. I have only a positive idea to say.
We tried to go 3 times, twice it was closed the third, we arrive in the time indicated from the site, nothing all closed, we return to 18.45 the staff was eating, we ask the availability of a table and it was all booked according to them
What a pleasure to try again gastronomic cuisine! this restaurant offers a clearly marked vegan menu, either 3 dishes, 4 dishes or just a dish. what is written in the menu is not as a gastronomic restaurant, it depends on the mood of the cook. the chef is clear about vegan and non vegan items (they don't find a honey in vegan dressings for example. the restaurant works only with extremely local producers that make the experience even more wonderful! the price is very moderate due to the quality, we were two with the 4 courses menu, I also took the wine and meal accommodation (18€ and it cost us 116€ overall. I can recommend the place!
Pas déçue du tout de la formule vegan proposée. Juste dommage qu'elle ne soit proposée qu'en petite formule. Je recommande tout de même car une très belle cuisine
Le menu végan en quatre étapes est de très grande qualité. Cela fait plaisir d 'avoir des options véritablement travaillées, avec du goût, de l 'originalité et du raffinement. Moi qui ait l 'habitude de la cuisine maison et des restaurants ordinaires je ne me doutais pas que la gastronomie avait à ce point quelque chose à apporter en plus . Bluffée.
