Jersey Mike's Subs - Georgetown

Ordered the club sub as a wrap with no tomato, lite sauce. Received a horrible wrap. No bacon or mayo and so much lettuce on it I could feed a pen of hamsters. Wrap itself was poorly wrapped and almost fell apart when I tried too pick it up. Waste of my damn money. Thanks a

Love the numbers 13 extra wet Mike's way. Atmosphere is great. Greeted every time I go in there. They will make the sub any way you like and quickly. They have two really good diet drinks that are sweetened with agave.Vegetarian options: All sandwich items can be meat free

Oh my gosh, I loved it! I had never eaten at Jersey Mikes before. I ordered the portobello and Swiss with xtra portobello. It was wonderful. I don’t know why I have never eaten here, but will be a regular customer. Good job!Vegetarian options: Anybody that is vegetarian can find a lot of choices here.Parking: Pulled right up front

As I was chewing a bite about half way through my sub, I could feel a hair in my food. I pulled the hair out, spit out the bite, and threw away the rest of the sub. Despite having gotten it as takeout, eating our meal at home, and living 20 minutes away, the store manager refused to refund us for the sub or issue us an in-store credit stating that unless we pulled the chewed up food and the hair out of the garbage and took 45 minutes out of our evening to drive it back to the store, they would not compensate us for the waste of a meal we purchased. Disgusting and terrible customer service.

Listen up! This place truly has some of the finest subs you can find at a chain restaurant. But the real highlight is the STAFF!!! They are simply AMAZING. Dave brings such uplifting energy that makes you feel special and genuinely cared for, while Madison and Bianca are absolutely delightful. You can really see that they work well together as a team. The whole staff was on point, but I just had to give a shout-out to the three I interacted with. Make sure to take care of them; they’re the kind of staff that keeps customers coming back!
