Brix And Ale - Georgetown

This restaurant is fantastic, with innovative dishes and gorgeous decor.

We made reservations for a Valentine's Day dinner with a limited seat. In the restaurant arrives on time and sit immediately. The waiter recognized us after a few minutes, but did not return to take an order for 15 more. When he took our order, we told him what drinks, appetizers and entrées we want, at what point he informed us that 3 of the 5 entrées were not available. He proposed the special entrée we agreed to. After a while, our originally requested appetizer appeared together with an undisputed one that caused confusion. The waiter gave the mistake and removed it from the bill. The rest of the evening was quite indispensable to the restaurant. Overall, slow service on a seemingly well planned, well-personalized, limited seat evening. The biggest disappointment was several unavailable meals that were no specialty or rare foods, only steaks. A total of 2/5 for this trip and I would not return or recommend going to friends.

Our waiter was lovely and very attentive. There was nobody there so it was quiet. Small menu. Restaurant is in the hotel. Just underwhelmed the pictures looked much nicer than what it actually was.

Amazing service had the tequila fix it tasted delicious

Brunch was very good. My wife had the Georgetown scramble and I had the chicken and waffles. Wife's scramble plate was very good. My waffles needed to be a bit crisper on the outside, but the overall taste was good.
