Attack! when my table partner had expressed a complaint, the chefin immediately and completely oversawed in the verbal attack. certainly there are also for the service limits of the tolerable. but this limit, at which this dame passes to the “common attack”, is about normal zero. We were 5min after opening in the restaurant with our small daughter (2 years) and have occupied our previously reserved table. it has said we have to be gone again at the latest 19.30. okay I wrote when booking (per whatsapp) anyway that we just want to eat a pizza quickly because the child then also has to bed and we don't stay long. the restaurant was surprisingly already well visited 10min after opening and more and more people came. after 1 hour the pizzas were still not there. we also noticed that another one had already complained where the food remains. So we also asked how long it takes. the dame very annoyed it comes when it comes and with us everything goes after the series. I asked if she had at least a few (handful) noodles for our little child (2 years) because she had very hungry. the answer of the lady: there's nothing free with us. I'll bring them up! a handful of noodles would not have made a restaurant poor. I'm no one who wants anything free. our little daughter had starved and every mother understands me, I think. I don't have a problem with it when there's a lot to go and it's gonna take longer. it is an absolute cheerfulness of a small child to ask 1 hour to wait for the eating. 10 noodles (or anything else) would have put down any restaurant, only the la grappa would not! this restaurant has completely surpassed on child unfriendliness! it is an absolute cheerfulness to deal with guests and only because we asked where the pizzas are to ask if they should cancel our pizzas and we could go anytime. after my feeling, only the money plays a role here. more and more people in the restaurant leave but the pizza baker does not come after. to the luck was Christmas market and we could quickly get a portion pommes.
