Bidra med feedbackI ordered 2x on ubereats and 2x the order was wrong. Missing and wrong items. The refunds offered are not satisfactory because they are below the lost value (already paid! . It’s quite simply theft, especially since the prices offered are very high. But yes, I was aware of this when ordering. I at least expected to receive the right items at these exorbitant prices…
I understand that there is a question of speed and profitability but we must not overdo it. The pictures speak for themselves. You are neither the cheapest nor the best so you could at least make an effort on quality.
What a shame that this Asian food restaurant doesn't give soy sauce with their delivery!
Can't imagine they dare to serve so poor and low quality products. Has less value than a sushi from supermarket. Meals are served in plastic, everything is in packages, fish and veggies are low and cheep quality for a high restaurant standard prices I'm glad I won't come back
By far, the worst sushi place I've ever been too. Service is below zero. They treat you as if you were a burden. If you decide to eat on the spot, be ready to wait, since it became much more a take-away kinda place. And the most important, is that the suchi do not taste good and do not look anything that's on the brochure.
