Pachacamac - Genève

Beautifully prepared and seasoned food, with a little too much sauce throughout the whole scurry. good services, delicious cocktails. but overall clearly too expensive michelin stars prices for a restaurant that is not quite (yes) have a star.

I’ve known this place since it opened and it was my favorite Peruvian in town — but having been recently, I must say that I was extremely disappointed, unfortunately... The staff didn’t know the menu well enough and as such misguided some of us, there...was over cooked beef and dry chicken around the table, (which surprised me so much that I asked if the chef had changed! and on top of it all, a pretty big mistake was made on the bill... like, an additional bottle of wine sort of mistake!! Although this can happen, it’s odd — especially when you’re talking a restaurant which isn’t packed!! So I’m sorry to say that I will not be going back anytime soon... There are Peruvians in town nowadays which are not only better, but also less expensive... because this place IS very pricey!!

Die Aufmerksamkeit war ziemlich gut, das Essen war ästhetisch ansprechend und man fühlte sich von Anfang an gut betreut. Empfehlenswert.

Definitiv empfohlen: hochwertige Zutaten und gut zubereitete Gerichte. Vom Menü habe ich besonders den Lomo Saltado (mit einem rauchigen Touch) und das Lucuma-Eis als Nachtisch genossen. Der Service war schnell, herzlich und professionell. Der Preis ist sicherlich hoch, aber er liegt im Einklang mit den Preisen in Gemeva und ist akzeptabel für das Niveau des Services und der Zubereitung.

Hervorragendes Essen, ein sehr schöner Abend und kompetentes Personal. Eine tolle Entdeckung, die ich empfehle.
