I have been twice in the past two weeks...and have left w with no food...first time was they was changing the greese that takes 2 hours during open hours and nothing is postedtemporary closed...now they have no dark meat...and was told to hold a minute then 5 minutes later told that was pulling up the chicken but not dark meat...no apologies..nothing..so I said forget it ..it makes me sad to see a place where I used to get my food from fall to pieces...hopefully the ower will see this and correct what is going on...NC y have employees hanging outside...leaning over the counter...and out the drive through window w no customer service...just isn't right

Ordered the Korean BBQ nuggets. I got several pieces of chopped up chicken tenders no sauce empty fry container and unsweat tea... I called she told me unless I drove 20min back she wouldn't do anything.. on hold with corporate now.. coulda just apologized.. and refunded this trash

I really used to hate coming to this store because of the horrible customer service and disgruntled employees. I decided to give it another chance recently and a manager named Miss B was really nice and professional. I'll start coming back now.

Both of the ladies were awesome. I spent over 15 dollars on 3 large sides. Mashed potatoes have ZERO flavor and the gravy is literally water. My macaroni and cheese has brown crusty stuff all through it so I couldn't even pick it out, fries were just nasty and of course, no one is answering the phone. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood but for that money and four little kids who aren't eating now...I'm furious.

First time coming to this KFC. The food was fresh and hot, as I had to wait a few minutes for them to make some chicken. The staff was super polite, and the dining area was very clean. A lot of KFCs I've been to I end up with old few and disgruntled employees. I'll be sure to return to this location!
