Annandale Arms - Gbjj

Arrived late Thursday to great live music in the bar, a warm and very friendly welcome from the staff and breakfast the next morning was lovely. If we come to Scotland again it will be on our list as a good place to stay.

Amazingly tasty food, served by very warm friendly staff, in atmospheric surroundings.

The historic Annandale Arms provided the perfect atmosphere for our visit to the homeland of my 3x great grandfather, James Grieve lovely rooms, delicious food, and oh so friendly staff. We were delighted to learn of the Thursday acoustic music night the fiddles and guitars and mandolins brought us laughter and tears. It just couldn't get any better for two Americans. Thank you!

Best food in Moffat by far. In the past 10 years we have never had a bad meal. Great food and faultless service.

We went for dinner and because we had heard there was music on Thursday nights. The food was excellent, the staff very professional and helpful, and the music was awesome! This will be one of our favorite memories from the trip!
