La Breche de Roland - Gavarnie-Gèdre

Superb food with local produce. We were not expecting anything quite so special in a small and beautiful village.

Fox and goat cheese was beautifully perfectly balanced. the mutton stew was tender and juicy. black and white sesame on trout was perfectly delicious.

You can't go wrong with the break de roland. we ate here twice and both paint each cure was authentic French, delicious and well presented. the waiter was willing to speak to me in French as soon as he realized that I preferred to do that, although. my färsche was just fit (b2? what was very appreciated. if they are sitting at the right place, they will get a look at the breaks themselves and any thunderstorms etc. that can happen this evening.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the greeting we all wanted was an salate, a beer and a coffee. the waiter was great and kept us completely. the food was excellent, the intention was excellent, the traffic was a tad...noisy

Had a fabulous meal here- Goats cheese salad starter and pan friend cod main. Waiter was fantastic and knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit if in the town.
