Aylmer has two locations, and I usually visit this one on Lower Aylmer Road in the mornings or early in the day. The staff are friendly and able to remember the regular orders, and they consistently fulfill requests accurately and efficiently. I want to emphasize that my review specifically pertains to the morning and daytime staff. My parents have also been regulars here for a couple of years, and the woman with the blonde hair and glasses in the morning always recognizes them and remembers their order, which is fantastic! Keep up the great work, everyone, and continue being awesome and friendly!

Most of Aylmer was without power, but this Tim's location was incredibly busy. Despite having only three staff members on duty, they worked together efficiently, processing orders quickly even with the high volume of customers. I was truly impressed by their performance.

The service at this restaurant is always excellent. The only downside is that it can be quite difficult to communicate in French, and we are not in Quebec.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited in Canada. They constantly get orders wrong, and their service is very unprofessional. The coffee is consistently poor, and the bowls are always only half full.
