Tim Hortons Dc - Gatineau

Totally unacceptable not to provide a functioning washroom for their clients. The ladies washroom was out of service and the man one didn’t have a functional sink to wash our hands. You are a restaurant with no ways to clean your hands…

Always very good service at this place only negative point is that it is almost impossible to communicate in French and we are not in Quebec

Literally the worst Tim I’ve ever been in Canada, they always give the wrong orders and they are very unprofessional. Coffee is always terrible and their bowls are always half empty.

And 2 years ago.Update 2023, December.Service down, coffee cup not full and not fresh.what a difference a couple of years make.4 years ago a Night worker, young man is very friendly and fast.Not bad for a guy working all alone dealing with the drive thru and inside at the same time. his coffee is always fresh. That's why I'm a regular ;)its a shame that he's gone now.

I went through the drive-thru this morning at 7:58. They didn't fill the box with timbits. When I call to see if I can come later and get another one, the phone is not answered.Besides, why respond to me in English when I speak in French?
