La Pergola Restaurant - Gatineau

I am on a busy business trip and needed to do some work during the meal, my server roxanne was the most comprehensive server I had in a long time, as I wanted to take a beer first and do some work and then pack... some food, they ask me what I wanted the menu and in how long I would want it, Timing was incomplete and my vegetarian pizza was very fresh and hot

If you stay at the Quality Inn and Suites in Gatineau, Québec, this restaurant is on their premises. Since I was travelling with my 88 year old mom I thought it would be easiest to just have breakfast a couple steps from the hotel lobby....We took their 9.95$ breakfast buffet. Our waitress was very good, but unfortunately she is the only one for the whole dining area, which is big, and the first day there was even a huge group. On the second day (both weekdays) I was disappointed that the two main items were missing from the buffet, yet the price was the same. The ham and cheese egg rolls and the cheese omelettes were missing, just the scrambled eggs in steamer pans like the day before were offered. The fried potatoes were old and dry for a long time the first day and gone when we arrived the second day, despite it being extremely quiet there. About a half hour in the potatoes appeared.

My husband and I attended an event where we only visited the Italian buffet, not a la carte menu. The buffet had nothing special, salads, cold cuts, pasta and roast beef, for the cost of $26.95 p.p Add that a bottle...wine (with a selection) at $40 the bottle. This place is definitely not worth it, it taste wise and price wise. We don't plan to return there, and we wouldn't recommend it.

You have a suf and turf buffet, which is very good from shells to crabs, beef to ham to pork and also soup and salads and also a large desert with melted chocolat and after diner you can enjoy yourself with carioky...intertenment.

This was our second time to visit this restaurant. Both times I noticed a mistake on our bill. I was too embarrassed to catch up with the whole family, but I know we were torn down. I had $60. The Bill was $140 for 4 people. The bill said $140 $60 $86. For the first time, my bill had a very similar mistake. Random? The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. The staff was friendly and the service was great. But we'll never come back because of this stupid bill mistake. Losing customers for such small quantities is simply bad!
