Chocolats Favoris - Gatineau

I took my mother and my grandmother here for the first time, and they loved it. It was their first time ever having a dipped cone. The dips are of very high quality, and taste amazing. The serving sizes are also quite large. You really get your money?s worth. I will definitely come back here.

This is a great place. Ice creams are so delicious and the employess are so nice.. I used to take my son to Chocolats Favoris since he was 4-year old (when we lived in Quebec) and now I am so glad that we have one in Aylmer. Going to this place always bring so much joy to him.

Wow. The ice cream here is no joke. The portion is huge! The chocolate it?s covered in is so thick and rich, nothing like the thin shell at somewhere like Dairy Queen. I got my 3 year old a mini s?mores cone and it was was massive, he didn?t come close to finishing. I got a small and wish i also got the mini haha. They are very generous! Great big seating area too! Also love that they have lots of wet naps, you will need them!

Mostly good experience, sometimes lack of good customer service, the ice cream bowls are now smaller and with less chocolate. To be honest I prefer paying more than losing consistency. Overall a nice place to have a cone, good dip for that! Customer service is due to lack of staff considering the market right now.

This store blocks their outdoor patio area to prevent through traffic. No signage or explanation. I understand the corporate logic of doing so however there is a large prevelance of seniors in the area who arent provided with an alternate route and they forced onto a busy parking lot road and it 's unsafe. Not to mention families and children. This store does not have its community in mind. Please help make this safer.
