J M Hill Country Barbeque - Gatesville

This place is fabulous. I have absolutely fallen in love with their food. I have yet to order anything bad. The food is amazing and the service is terrific.

I've eaten here since the beginning of 2008. The staff is super friendly and treat you like family! The food is excellent, and I don't just mean the fantastic bbq! I just had about everything on the menu have no complaints! If you're in Gatesville and don't eat at J M, I miss you!

Got the large pork rib plate and the onion straws. The serving was hugh, enough to split, which I did with my sister. Loved the ribs, potato salad was delish, as was the onion straws. Did not care too much for the coleslaw, I prefer a sweeter version. The staff was great!! Would definitely eat here again.

I stopped grilling, but I decided to have the buffet. The liver and onions were amazing and a wide selection of land vegetables! I felt like I'd eat in my grandmother's house again! Great food and a wonderful price!

I always enjoy the food and the service when eating there.. very friendly and relaxing place to dine.
