Bidra med feedbackThe female answering the phone tonight was awful. We got zero chance to speak so we just gave up and ordered the easiest thing possible. She needs to learn how to work with people or get a job that doesn?t involve human interaction. Yes, it was that bad.
I ordered two pizzas and a salad tonight (07/07), transaction number 144515930, via delivery from Marco's. When the pizzas arrived, the salad was missing, and the delivery driver mentioned that she wasn't given it, resulting in an $8 loss for me. I tried to call the restaurant for assistance, but I couldn't reach anyone who could help. One person didn’t know how to handle the situation, and the others just left the phone sitting on the counter while I was on hold waiting for the manager. I ended up being put on hold three times and was disconnected twice, yet I still couldn't speak with anyone to correct my order. I will not be ordering from this location again due to their unprofessionalism, especially since handling a refund could have been a simple process. I’ll also be sharing this feedback with Marco's.
I ordered a pizza, cinnamon sticks, and a Pepsi, but only received everything except the Pepsi. The delivery driver mentioned he would return with it, but that never happened. When I called the restaurant to request a refund for my drink, I was told they couldn't locate my order, so a refund wasn't possible. Instead, they suggested I bring my receipt to receive a $3 credit. I found this quite inconvenient since I had already paid a delivery fee and tipped for my order to be delivered, only to have to drive to the store for a small credit. They have no problem charging my card, but they seem unwilling to issue refunds. I asked to speak with a manager, but the rude cashier, Jacovian, put me on hold for over 30 minutes without checking on my call or fetching the manager as I requested. Eventually, the call disconnected. Marco's can keep the soda and my money; I won't be ordering from this location again due to their poor service.
I ordered pizza and paid for it using my credit card, opting for no-contact delivery. When the delivery arrived at my home, they marked my order as delivered in the app but left it without ringing the doorbell or knocking because I didn’t answer the door. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Marco’s; they’ve delivered to the wrong address multiple times, and the delivery drivers have even been rude when I didn’t tip them extra (even though I always tip through the app when I place my order). They begrudgingly refund my money when they completely mess things up. It’s a shame because their pizza is decent when they get it right, but the inconsistency in quality is frustrating. It seems like they have poor management! In contrast, Domino's has never let me down; they make my pizza exactly how I like it and deliver it right to my doorstep without any problems. From now on, I’ll be ordering from Domino's instead. Marco's Pizza has been disappointing on every level! If I could give it zero stars, I would!
My husband and I have been ordering delivery from this Marco's in Gastonia for just over a year, and almost every time, the food has been excellent.
