Pizza Hut - Garnet

I've ordered takeout from this location several times, and each time, I've requested a side cup of seasoning for the breadsticks and have been more than happy to pay extra for it. However, tonight it became an issue. The person at the register, who didn't have a name tag, was incredibly rude and insisted that they don’t do that, claiming I was lying. Why on earth would I lie about wanting Pizza Hut seasoning? I even had a receipt in my purse from a previous order, where I was charged for the seasoning cup. But no, apparently they don’t offer that. It was so absurd that it was almost funny. Someone needs to learn about customer service and seriously adjust their attitude. I guess it’s goodbye to Pizza Hut for me.

The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. However, there were inappropriate words coming from the background, which was a concern since we had children with us who could hear it.
