Kfc - Garner

The new chicken sandwich would have been good. They advertise it strongly, but it was not available. Still frozen they said.

The food was cold and the guy who worked the window was cold and rude. It was a bad experience

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited in the drive over 30 minutes and only 5 cars in front of me

Here you literally never have a good customer service experience. Always doing something wrong or being rude. Hate it because I love food, but can only take so much respect from people who serve me. Must clean house and get a good management.

Hahaha they are out of hamburger buns so they just decide they can?t do sandwiches that day. Management for the win! I even asked if I could just get the chicken and sides of the sauces and they said they?d take too long since they didn?t take any out or par-cook them since they knew they had no buns. They did me a favor today. Lol I also heard someone ask for ranch, but was told they were out of that. I also tried to order just a Pepsi because Taco Bell?s Pepsi is just the best...out of that too!
