Five Guys - Garner

This is a well laid out run of the mill shopping center 5 guys. Fairly small for a 5 guys at that. Not for large crowds but fits the space its for. Condiments are right there and ready at the food pickup zone which is nice. They have the trays of nuts. Tables are generally cleared off but not necessarily clean.The food tastes as expected.

My husband stopped here to get dinner. I have a dairy allergy, to which they called out and wrote “allergy” on the bag. When he got home, I was excited to eat my burger, however, I found it covered in cheese! We’re now having to spend more money somewhere else for my dinner. We attempted to call and get our money back, but the phone number listed is not working. So now we’re out $20- $10 for the original burger and $10 for a burger from somewhere else. I understand things happens, but at least have a working phone number! Can’t exactly go back and have them re make it considering it’s 30 min from my house.

Just came for the French fries and they were freshly cut and fried right in front of you! I thought they were pretty good.

Burgers are really good, but it is all about the fries. Best fries on the planet.

My daughter chose this place because it would be a new experience for us. It was a new experience that I never paid $9.99 for a Fast Food hamburger. There was absolutely nothing special about this burger, except that they smashed it into condiments for me, and the frits and drinks were not covered in the price. That's right, we paid an extra $6.99 for a regular freak and what came out?.well, I got a picture. The only people who were not hungry were my girls because there are no children? Menu. If you? Remember to pay a full $20 for a meal is not bad, remember that you need to sit cafeteria style, beside strangers, with the whole ambience of a factory cafeteria. I don't think this is an experience that needs my life and I won't go back.
