I have ordered a few times from this location. I've tried drive-thru, walk-in and through the BK app. Seems like the team has changed, but they all miss orders. How is that possible? I always see someone, possibly a manager, checking off items from the ticket order as she is placing them in the bags. For some reason, an item or two is still forgotten and when you double check before driving away, they look at you like there's no reason to check if it's all there and you're wasting time doing so. On my last visit, I had the girl wait while I itemized everything in the bag. Sure enough, one burger was missing. She went back in to bring me the burger and apologized. When I got home, it wasn't the correct one I had ordered but the cheapest cheeseburger on the menu. I hope they see my review and try a little harder to fulfill orders and double check the receipt.
Food was hot, service ok, but I couldn't finish my food cause it was freezing in the store. One of the employees was wearing a heavy jacket while sweeping..... that tells you how cold it
This Burger King is always my go-to spot after Boy Scouts. However, today my whole family was really disappointed to find out that they got rid of the cheese tots. Aside from that, it's a nice, laid-back diner.
I had a really disappointing experience. I was in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes without any progress.
