Buffalo Wild Wings - Garner

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. It seems like things are only getting worse. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon. My group of four ordered some boneless wings and drinks. The service was slow, with two meals arriving first and then a long wait for the others. The server blamed it on the kitchen being busy, but then said there was a problem with the system. We were very disappointed as we had always spoken highly of this restaurant before.

Let's go. The place was very clean and organized. My family sat right away and visited as soon as we had set ourselves. Great atmosphere and our waiter was amazing. She was very professional and attentive to our needs and wants. I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings. Please don't go to Knightdale. Bad service, no friendly atmosphere, and not clean.

We have been coming to this restaurant for 10 years, but it has really gone downhill. The quality is lacking and the prices for wings are way too high now. Tonight, there was no manager around to address our concerns. We waited almost 2 hours, not by choice, and it took an average of 14 minutes to get a drink after placing our order. Even simple vanilla ice creams for the kids took 13 minutes to arrive. The tables were dirty and the bar area was not well maintained. The bartender was incredibly slow and there was only one waitress for the whole bar area. It's not worth talking about. This place won't survive much longer with this management or lack thereof. Save yourself some time and stay away for the sake of your health.

Food is, as one would expect from a BWW, consistent and satisfying. With regard to waiting personnel at this point, years of coming was always a disappointment. Painfully slow, painful staff. Yes, it could be the occasional server that has her stuff together, but it seems that my luck always gets one of the zombies that work this layer. Today's visit was particularly difficult to spell the order to the waiter and embarrassed with the second hand that he does not know how to work with cash or how to count change. If you have any time commitments to worry, even if you put beside wig room in your schedule, go to another place

This particular Buffalo Wild Wings has just become my favorite place! My friend and I was greeted by more than one person! Very welcoming! This really makes a big difference! I enjoyed my Valentine's Day dinner! The environment was chill, the waitress told me she was new, she provided awesome customer service! She made sure our drinks were refilled, never let the cups and bottles get empty! The food was hot and delicious! I couldn't of spent my day elsewhere! I highly recommend this particular Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant! Thanks to everyone that made this day great! Awesome first time experience! ?
