What to say, beautiful location, spectacular dishes, but one thing struck me in a very positive way, the kindness and courtesy of the collaborators. Congratulations, as an entrepreneur I understand when employees work in serenity. To definitely return. Obviously the account is in line with the quality of the dishes.
I recently had the pleasure to visit the farmhouse Cascina Barbesina in Garlasco and I was deeply impressed by the culinary experience I lived at their restaurant. The decor of the restaurant is a well-designed mix of simplicity and attention to detail. At the entrance, a mainly white hallway is adorned with fascinating details, which capture attention in a subtle but effective way. Carefully furnished corners accommodate lush green plants and white furniture, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The interior of the room is characterized by cleanliness and linearity. The veranda where we had the privilege of dining is characterized by large windows that allowed us to admire the outdoor garden, enriched by the presence of a swimming pool. It all created a relaxing and pleasant environment. The service was impeccable. The waiter was kind and punctual, demonstrating special attention to the needs of customers. The dinner was inaugurated by a deliciousentrée, presented in a basket with zucchini pesto, confit tomatoes and crispy zucchini. Despite the impossibility of consuming an ingredient of entrée, the waiter has made the dish adapt without any problem, demonstrating to understand the needs of customers. This was only the beginning of a series of dishes that delighted my palate. We opted for homemade fresh pasta cutters with fish charcoal, a really remarkable dish with a good balance of sea flavors. Even though a little too salty considering the presence of muggine cask and excess oil, the dish was still tasty and satisfying. The Catalan sea was a triumph of freshness and balance, with excellent ingredients that melted harmoniously in each mouth. The strong piece of the lunch was the duck breast, served with friggitelli, confit tomatoes and tzatziki sauce. The cooking of the duck was perfect, and its rich and tasty taste was enhanced by the friggitelli contour and the fresh note of the tzatziki sauce. To accompany these dishes, we chose two glasses of sauvignon from the winery Lenardo. This fresh and aromatic wine has excellently completed the culinary experience. In conclusion, Cascina Barbesina in Garlasco is definitely a place that I recommend to anyone looking for a good lunch or dinner in a cozy and well-kept environment. Their attention to details, attentive service and the quality of the dishes offered leave me eager to come back soon to taste other delicacies.

I attended a wedding Saturday 22 July 2023, very beautiful and curated location, suitable for ceremonies. Excellent cuisine and quality, friendly staff and prepared. I reported my allergy, they were very careful and prepared dishes specially for me despite we were many, really nice.
The location is very nice, the food is fresh and quality, the problem is the poor attention to food allergies, which I find to be a fundamental aspect! Unfortunately, despite reporting my allergy to milk proteins, I was ill already eating my first dish and had physical consequences for over a week, because obviously my dish contained the allergen. Fortunately I am not so sensitive to go into anaphylactic shock, of course it is that the risk is very high and such an experience I cannot remember it with pleasure, indeed. Be careful, it is very bad as a customer to be in such a situation. Don't mess with allergies!
