Pollo Regio - Garland

Pollo regio always my favorites I love rice and chicken the only thing that is pork must not be mixed with all other foods that is religiously forbidden to eat it.

So this is the second time at a 2ND location or maybe I wouldn't be so crazy. So, my favorite is a #13 w/ Carne Asada. The car thru girl does not say baked potatoes, so I wonder if they have pommes. She says, so I say cool, with fries and all the regular toppings. Then comes the mgr and I repeat, I am FINE MIT Fritten as Sub. So what happens? Mgr comes back into the window and says that the baked potatoes are ready to have it regularly. For me! Right? WRONG! This guy gives me MASHED POTATOES in FOIL and they were obviously low on Carne Asada because I literally had OIL FILLED SCRAPS from Carne and they had the nerve to charge me? He was like giving you a free tea on me.. (now I know why) asked what I prefer. I say sweet. What's that? So please stay away! Until they learn how to do business, they should just turn off. Two times in two different places? Disgusting

I went through the Drive Thru and the customer service was AMAZING, the young lady who took my order ensured that I knew what I got and ensured that I had all the contingents even made my tacos even more amazing!

Half-baked chicken was tasty and unlike any other on the most common market. But I prefer to cook the skin to a very finished perfection. My favorites are their signature chips and salsa...Very good!

Yesterday was the first time visiting this place, for sure won?t come back again, nothing wrong with the food, costumer service was okay, I am giving a one start review because the ac wasn?t working, the place was really hot!! I wanted my food for dine in but it?s impossible to eat there!!!
