Flaming Buffet - Garland

I like their hot and sour soup. Food is offering plenty of choices. It is a kind of mire Americanized Chinese Buffett. It is possibly more popular among Americans, but Thursday night seems not that busy. There are less Japanese sushi choices compared toanother popular Chinese buffet shop. Over all it is convenient to eat in a buffet like this. The price is fair and the goodthing is you can get a balanced meal nutritionally wise! Only I found Chinese stir fried vegetables only a few kinds. It will benice to add more choices in vegetables prepared in Chinese cooking. But again it does offer a salad bar with lettuce, andcucumber,etc. So that is the merit to please vegetable eating Americans!

Just ate lunch here with some coworkers. The food was great for buffet food. It was fresh and the food did not taste overly salty with no flavor like most buffets. The hot and sour soup was one the best I have had. The Crab Rangoons were alsoexcellent. They had a nice variety of different food options from fries and chicken nuggets to sushi. They have a MongolianGrill so you can put together your own dish if you don't see something you like already prepared. The service was good andplates were cleared promptly and I did not even have to ask for a drink refill. I will definitely be back again.

First time dining here. The service is standard for a Buffet Restaurant, however the food we ate was awesome. The General Tso's was actually spicy, Sesame Chicken was savory. Wife's sushi was fresh and Fried Rice was best I've had in a while. Not fond of the Mousse cups or Tiramasu cakes, but they offer a whole lot more. Glancing at the carry-out prices on the way out, this is a gem in a pile of rough. Will be returning and hopefully soon.

I honestly do not understand why all Chinese buffets keep the seafood besides regular eating! it is a danger for people with clam allergies. You know how many times I have seen someone using the same tongs to get something else after I used the tongs to get something that was husked? Maybe they will stop when someone sues them. there is no reason to admit it. simply put all the seafood/shellfish on a certain bar so that others can come who have allergies on them.

The dining experience was satisfactory, but not as generous as usual. The main reason for my 2-star rating is that only the staff were wearing masks. Typically, customers are given gloves and asked to wear masks when visiting the food stations. Unfortunately, no safety measures were provided at the tables. I observed several children coughing, despite signs stating that children are not allowed in the buffet area for safety reasons.
