Papa Johns Pizza - Garfield Hts

Horrible service. The lazy, incompetent staff seems to think that pizza that is burned to the point of being black is acceptable to send out. I will never order anything from this location again.

No hair next touching the food after touching the money. With no gloves talking over the food. The place is filthy and denchi a white girl. Oh, and a black guy, I oh my God, I will never ever eat Papa John's again. Very, very trifling that location.

I waited fourty minutes to get food at this place. You have to wait and wait and wait. Get your pizza somewhere else. All the other pizza places are much better than this one! Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I’ve been here for over 30 minutes waiting on two DoorDash orders, the parking lot is full and not one person has gotten their orders yet. We’ve all been here 30 minutes or longer I’ve been inside the store twice, the first guy said “they’re not ready yet” rudely then told me to wait in my car. The second time I went in literally a half hour later the lady says “they’re still not ready” what the hell is going on? You have stacks of pizza ready but none are any of the 6 cars waiting in your parking lot orders?

The food that I ordered was perfectly made and it didn't take all day. The parking lot is never overcrowded.Parking: There's always a space available to park. I've never seen this place crowded
