Mcdonald's - Garfield Hts

The staff at this restaurant is very welcoming and provides excellent service. The food was prepared exactly how I asked for it and tasted freshly made.

Why is this restaurant still in business? Some of the employees are lazy, have bad attitudes, and work slowly. The managers are just as bad. The floors are dirty and slippery. I feel the need to complain because this is unacceptable. The least they could do is acknowledge the customers who pay their salaries instead of simply walking past them.
