Bidra med feedbackAll-you-can-eat buffet. Many Hot and cold tables filled with food. Enjoyed the great variety of food and desserts. This place is large and has a great atmosphere. There is a hibachi Wok where you pick the raw meat, vegetables, dairy, and seasonings, then watch a chef cook it right in front of you. The only reason I did not give it 5 star is that for dinner they did not use table cloths, or any linen, or metal utensils. The plates weren't hot, and only plastic utensils or chopsticks were offered for eating. There was no way to dry my hands, dryers in men's room didn't work and no paper towels.
Some positions didn?t taste very well but some items were delicious. $17 for an adult, can it get any better for a dinner?
I’ve been coming here for years, and I really enjoy it. The food is great, the layout is pleasant, and the staff is always friendly. You have the option to take your food to go, or you can enjoy clean eating with the sushi bar and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant is clean and wheelchair accessible as well.
I am not very satisfied with my experience! The food was just okay, and the sodas were overly sweet. When we asked the hostess about the price for the little children, she never provided a clear answer. We were a party of 17, and they charged us adult prices for the children, even for my one-year-old toddler. The waiter was very unprofessional, asking us for a larger tip despite the service charge already being included in the bill. From what I’ve seen in other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. When I requested to see the bill, the waiter refused to show it to me until we paid. We tried to speak with the manager to address the situation, but it didn't lead to any resolution. Overall, this was not a good experience!
To make matters worse, before all the guests had left, they began mopping the floors and the main entrance, which made the area very wet. I even raised my concerns with the manager, but he argued with me instead of addressing the issue. I suggested they wait until the last guest had exited before mopping, as the floor was extremely slippery. The manager casually told me to just walk slowly, but I explained that I have a leg injury, and slipping could lead to a serious fall. His response was shockingly dismissive: "Then you can go to the hospital and come back with the bill!" I tried to explain that mopping should be one of the last tasks of the evening, as there are other responsibilities that should take priority, but it fell on deaf ears. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior in any establishment before. I cannot recommend this buffet to anyone. I truly hope no one gets injured before someone in management realizes the importance of waiting to mop the linoleum floors. Poor management practices can seriously harm a business; a single incident could cost them everything. I'm curious to know what OSHA or the Orange County Board of Health would think about this place.
