Very rude at the drive through I was asked halfway through my order to wait a minute twenty minutes later completed my order. Kicker is nobody was in front of me to hold them up that

Employees were just standing around until they had to take our order, smile, but not very courteous. Like they were waiting for us to eat and leave.

Don’t tell somebody they “have to” use the kiosk. He cannot read small print, he is losing his eye sight. Very very very rude. Will be contacting HR.

Inside is never open. Losing a ton of business forcing everyone to go through the drive thru that gets 6-8 cars deep. They could atleast put a sign up when the inside is closed. It just seems like it’s closed due to pure laziness.

3rd and final time. Always missing items! Tired of paying for things I don’t receive. Drive thru, FAIL. DoorDash, FAIL. Uber eats, FAIL. Unreal. Not like it’s ever a big order. Usually 2 combos and some sauce that never makes its way to me.
