Struggling to find quality people, TeeTee is under constant pressure due to not enough employees this is a busy location and she keeps her cool in front of customers and proceeds to do her job well. A+ to her for hanging tough and sticking it out! Baked were fine nuggets fresh fries all good. Keep doin you girl! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Super slow and understaffed. Drive thru had 3 people pulled up to wait and the drive thru is too narrow to pass someone so the entire line has to wait for them. Also the last two times I went inside there was no line but I waited 15 minutes to pick a mobile order up that was posted 25 minutes previously and they still hadn't made it yet. When I got the order, the cold brew coffee was warm not cold and very weak. I recommend going to the Wendy's on telegraph instead. Update: ordered here via door dash and it took over 40 minutes. Dasher said the staff is just ignoring him while he's been waiting there 20 minutes
