Bidra med feedbackWe briefly parked the motorhome next to the restaurant to stretch our feet for 5 minutes. A small employee immediately shot at us and used racist expressions. I hope this isn't the hospitality you expect. Completely wrong!
Worst location ever. If you want dirty a room, disgusting food and extremely unfriendly owner then book this place and park your vehicle correctly on THEIR property please.
Friendly people, I spontaneously got a room at 10:30 p.m. Room was clean.
Very, very bad hotel, rude boss knocked at 11:30 in the evening and wanted us to pay for the room immediately otherwise he would call the police. Rooms very very bad and no heating in the room it felt like 5 degrees. Not recommended. Hotel of gray.
The owners woke up our mechanics at 10 o'clock in the evening and threatened to throw them out with police action if they didn't pay. When booking, it was strange that they asked for our credit card details, which I didn't want to provide. Payment by invoice was not accepted, even though I work for a very reputable and well-known company throughout Switzerland. Payment was agreed on site, but since our fitters don't have a credit card, this is not possible without giving the CVV from my boss's card over the phone and our fitters won't pay in cash. There is no online portal where this could have been booked a day in advance. The hotel doesn't even have an email address to exchange bank details or a billing address. I booked over the phone hoping the operators would be lenient when they saw our company car. What needs to be considered is that my work colleague had to give his private credit card details over the phone so that our people could stay. I can understand that trust in people is lost if certain customers don't pay. But I find it questionable that people would be so suspicious of someone who has a good credit rating.
