Blake's Lotaburger - Gallup

I had a lovely visit this morning. I encountered a cashier who truly enjoys her job. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I want to thank Blakes for hiring such a kind lady.

Trady, the woman taking orders, has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She lacks patience and got our food order wrong because she was in such a hurry. There was no line at all!

The food was great, but it would have been nice to receive a greeting upon entering.

Placed an order for two got order ticket at 11:54?.it?s is a completely dysfunctional operation behind the counter?our number was never called over the loudspeaker and we waited for over 35 minutes before finally receiving our order which by the way was wrong?this is not the 5-star experience and service that is being touted by the owners.

The ladies working 6/26/22 from 8a-9a that made my burritos THANK YOU best Blake?s burrito I?ve had in a looooong time!!!!! Keep up the good work cashier super nice as well ????
