Panda Express - Gallatin

Every time we come here, the personal is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and has a 99 health assessment. eating is always fresh and what they expect for a chain restaurant. fast, delicious and great prices make this place a winner

Very low portions, like it comes out of their paycheck, even one of the small boxes was only half full, worst panda I’ve been to, never going back to this location

Ordered the food with a certain pick up time (ordered at 4 for 5:15 pick up) which was plenty of time to prepare the order. When we got there, we waited 5 minutes before anyone said hello. Then waited another 10 minutes for the order. When we got in the car to check the order, it wasn't ours, not even remotely the correct order. So we went back in and waited another 8 minutes for the order. We checked again and items were still missing, so we waited more. By that time we got the whole order, the original half in our hands was cold. So bummed. This is not the first time either, but we thought to give it another shot. Nope.

Eating is really good. my face is still fired by the kung pao chicken.

I ordered a bowl with chow my and huh and asked her to give me more noodles than the cauliflower that is in the noodles (as I have with all panda express). When I went into the window to pay, I asked myself to add a series of egg rolls and when I did the girl in the window, literally looked at me and sighed/ grew very loud before it got. when I opened my lunch, I only got a roll and paid for two and I had no noodles in my bowl it was really nice almost. I never had such an rude service. I was polite all the time and gave no reason to do that.
