Their custom-crafted mixed drinks, using their on-site distilled spirits, are worth the trip to Galesburg. Their pizza is one of the best I have tasted in the area. They also have locally sourced wine and beer. Gull Lake Distilling Company is a great place for dinner or a time to unwind with your friends! We'll be back!

Absolutely love it here!! We had their Sunday brunch, and hands down that was the finest brunch food and drinks I've ever had. If you have ever had the Sunday brunch at Rue 53 in Manhattan, this is on that level for quality. Everything is made from scratch using very high quality ingredients (much of it local! . Plus bottomless mimosas and a **** Mary bar (get the **** with their own horseradish vodka??? . The brunch needs a lot of work. The dishes were never filled and the options were subpar. We ordered the bottomless mimosas and it took a good 15 minutes to get each one so we had to order a few at a time. I might try again but not the brunch buffet. Bummed because I was super excited to try it.
