Woodstone - GALENA

We were in town looking for a restaurant that has a country's ambience with a huge menu. We were more than satisfied, this place had everything. The location with a view of the 18th Hole of the renowned The General Golf Course was really a beautiful view. I recommend very!!!

We had a wonderful lunch! Stopped in for the first time today. We arrived just after they opened, and were seated immediately. The waitress was friendly and helpful. My burger was made to order. They offer a variety of cheeses, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, .... All or just a few may be added to your taste. I also liked the option of fruit rather than fries. Sweet potato fries were another option. The meal was presented quickly, and with another smile. Another person in our party ordered their silo salad. Its presentation is truly unique. Order it, get a smile, and enjoy the meal. The view of the Galena Territories and golf course is fantastic. By the time we were leaving, the restaurant was filling up nicely. Ample parking. Handicap friendly.

Wonderful service, gorgeous view from every table with a high-end hunting lodge vibe indoors. I had the firecracker shrimp pasta, my date had the chimichurri steak, we both ate dessert. Bill was just under $50.

Beautiful view from the terrace and dining room. Large menu with much to choose. Separate children's menu, which was nice for our family.

Eating wasn't bad. Good view, but if we could sit outside. And you really can't see much of the course from the restaurant that's a bummer. The burned end sandwich has amazing barbecue sauce on it. Kept tries to find in the city as made from the local bourbon, but suspect it is in the house secret recipe. You should share!
