Waited 30 min for pad thai take out... cant comprehend this.. Food: 3 Service: 2

I've ordered here multiple times, I like this place. But today I felt cheated. I usually order 1 beef lad na. It comes with 1 big takeout box full of wide noodles and broccoli. Today I ordered 2 beef lad na for my brother and I. But this time it was the same amount of noodles and broccoli in 2 small takeout boxes. Basically 1 order (of noodles and broccoli) split to be 2 orders. This is a deceptive. I paid for 2 orders, why am I being cheated? Service: Take out
