Lu Buffet Grill - Gaithersburg

Food was better than I thought it would be. I could only eat 2 plates, this go round. The food was hot, fresh tasty. The atmosphere was comfortable and not too hot or cold. Keep up the good work and I shall return soon.

A good value for the cost but management is not good at enforcing safety for the patrons. Young children routinely run full speed chasing each other in and out of the buffet tables. Parents do nothing about it. This has been the case the last several times we have been there. Despite the good food and good value we are considering not going back.

Food quality was not impressive. Give or take a few items. The waitress brought wrong drinks to the table. Chicken was freezer burnt and tasteless. Food was cold. And to make matters worst upon departure the waitress demanded a tip. Even though we paid upon entry and put gracious 20% tip on the ticket. Will not be returning. And strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this monstrosity of a buffet!

Good food alot of variety. Would have preferred hotter temps for holding the food. Holding temp couldn't have been more than 100°. Cakes were delicious and moist and rich. Cleaning service was fast and friendly.

You get what you pay for a these places, food was D grade at best. Restaurant was dirty and staff was rude. The only thing redeeming them was they actually had pretty tasty and fresh raw oysters and clams. Other than that it was a pretty trash experience.
