Reminds me of ?beef mami? at home. Noodles were really good, beef is of good quality, price is good and serving is big enough for me not to crave for another meal! The best!

Thin, stringy hand pulled noodles or fat dumpling like knife cut noodles? That?s the first question, followed by preparation. Then finally what protein, if any, you want with it! In the end you get a very tasty bowl of noodles for a very good price!!! They also have fried rice, scallion pancakes and dumplings!!! All very yummy! I got to enjoy a noodle making show with my dinner and will definitely come back again!!

Decent noodles, but the broth could have used some more flavor. I had the roast pork noodle soup. The dumplings were good. The woman at the counter didn?t take our order correctly after repeating it twice, which was a bit frustrating.

We've visited this restaurant several times, but tonight was a disappointment. My beef combo noodle soup barely had any noodles in it, forcing me to buy an extra bowl for $3. My son ordered the stir fry, and similarly, there was very little roast pork or noodles. Instead, the dish was overloaded with bell peppers, onions, and bean sprouts—about two-thirds of it consisted of vegetables. He has ordered this dish many times before, and it's never been like this. It would be suitable for a vegetarian, but it certainly wasn't worth the money for us. Don't fall for it!

The hand-pulled noodles are thin, similar to spaghetti or lo mein, while the knife-sliced noodles are thicker, with uneven cuts and a nice chewiness. You can also choose between a soup or stir-fried preparation for your dish.
