Wendy's - Gainesville

The food is good, but the room in which they go in before they actually come into wendys smells like urine, but eating was great. they need more people in the front who command. they had only one. She looks like she was still training.

A great thank you to 1 of the staff. I had a lot more annoyed with my hip joint and barely went to my floor. I couldn't get into the side door and nabeby wanted to help me get to the other door. this art associate went around the front and opened the side door so I could come in. I wish I got her name, she was so kind and helpful. we were there at 9:20 a.m., we placed our order, have it fast. very fresh and very tasty and good. we didn't even know whondy had breakfast. so glad we stopped. great service. we will return

The manager was absolutely amazing and hands on, friendly, working the dining area and checking on customers. It was a joy to see someone who loved their job. Hands down the best Wendy's I've gone too and best customer experience. 100% recommend this Wendy's.
