The Cheesecake Factory - Gainesville

We continue to love our visits to this restaurant. Since they opened this location, the staff has always been exceptionally friendly. Today, we brought a group of 14 AT&T leaders, and they promptly helped us get seated. The experience was fantastic.

We had an exceptional waiter named Ryan during our visit, and I highly recommend asking for him — you won't regret it! He was incredibly attentive, always making sure our drinks were never below half full. The cheesecake was a highlight of the meal; it was so good that it could have served as a meal by itself. Interestingly, the kids loved the corn dogs, which was noteworthy since they usually go for chicken tenders (which unfortunately were not available that day). The only downside was the bathroom, which had an overflowing trash can and was out of toilet paper.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt welcomed by the friendly and inviting atmosphere. The service was quick, and I was seated promptly. My order was taken efficiently and arrived just as fast. The food was not only beautifully presented but also delicious and satisfying. The space was clean, and I appreciated that the staff were wearing masks. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and would consider returning when I'm in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This was my husband's first time eating at a cheesecake factory and he loved it and so did I...the food was delicious and fresh. The cheesecake was hands down the best we have ever had! And the service was good as well. I would definitely recommend eating here, we live in Ocala and came Gainesville just to try it out! We will definitely be back!

I loved it. First we thought we had to wait 30 min for the table and that was fine but the text saying it was ready came within 10 min so it was very fast service also. Our waitress was very nice and the service was great. The food was amazing we ordered the lunch size and it was more than enough. The raspberries cheesecake was incredible!! We will definitely be back
