Crane Ramen - Gainesville

That was my first time here and I was very happy. the restaurant's facility is really nice and I like the open kitchen concept. it was cool to see the cook work hard to make the food so delicious. we started with the cocks and I was really happy with them. the flesh was tender and I liked the spicy sauce. not sure what it was, but I liked it. the greens gave a beautiful little crisp and fresh taste and the rolls had a beautiful chewing texture with a light sweet for them. I loved her. I ordered the Shiyu wheels and my friend had the Tonkotsu wheels. I got two massive pig pieces in my bowl and I wasn't disappointed at all. the meat was so tender and you get your money with everything you get in a bowl. we were both very satisfied with our decisions. it was enough for me to take home and I enjoyed it the next day. overall would recommend and am interested in coming back to try some other items on the menu.

I always come back and it's always the best you can get in gainesville. I was twice in japan and enjoyed the raves there and I can guarantee this place is the closest to which they can get to delicious authentic Japanese rammen. I'm never disappointed when I go here and the cocktails are great too! the bartenders are always so sweet: I often sit on the bar, so it is also nice to see that everyone busy preparing good food while waiting for my arms.

I have already checked them on other web pages, but I had to enter one for my experience tonight. my partner and the shoyu my daughter came out sharply, it is not, normally- and they offered to remake it. they have also reduced it for mixing. the second bowls come out - also sharp. Now, here crane differs from most others for me: at no point has any of the hired ones deterred or any kind of attitude or something. they were super understanding, even going so far to find out what had happened in the back house (only a general view in the kitchen that led to a hefty charge of wicy shoyu, took these meal out of the sheck and apologized for the mistake. honestly, even if the half of our party today was not able to eat there - only to see the process that the personal went through to correct a situation that was likely for all involved stressful that I continued to support them and to friends with crane ramen from the city rave! (plus, today's special was amazing.

We went for the first time on a Saturday evening and the staff was so nice and accommodating in us in the inner fast. our server gave great recommendations what we try for our time. we started with the gyoza and pig bell backs, and both were fantastic wow. then we escape the shio rams and the shoyu rams that were also delicious. everything came so fast, hot and super. several employees have checked us with us and we have been well aware. highly recommended!

Never had authentic Ramen before so we had to try it. Heard about this place and several others but since this place sold Ramen exclusively we figured it must be good and were not disappointed! We got the Gyoza (or dumplings) to start and they were delicious! Then I ordered the Tonkotsu with a side of extra noodles thinking I might need or want more noodles but it definitely comes with a hearty portion to begin with but the extra does soak up all the wonderous incredibly savory sweet juice in this dish and just made me want to not stop eating. All those anime of characters going to town on a bowl of Ramen, well I completely understood now because I had this bowl inches from my face doing the same thing without realizing it! My friend ordered the spicy Ramen and though he enjoyed it as well he said mine tasted better as far as the meat. The pork was so tender with this nice crispy edge you would find at a smokehouse or off the BBQ but went so well with the dish and gave it another texture that was delightful! Also not to leave out how wonderful the staff was and loved seeing the chefs enjoying themselves and what they were doing. Everyone there was friendly and inviting and the atmosphere was fantastic. Definitely on my tops to visit again and loved everything about it!
