The quality of the products is excellent, but the prices can be somewhat steep for what they offer.

I placed my order through the app to save time, but when I arrived, the lobby was closed. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting longer than necessary, even though my food was ready. I also had to interact with the staff, which added to the hassle. When I finally got my meal, it was soggy and unappetizing. There are definitely much better ways to handle this situation.

The food is quite good, but they frequently close the lobby. I think it would make more sense to close the drive-thru instead, if you have to choose one.

The food is great, but the menu is not layer out in a way to make it easy to read and know what, what is...and as for the duet meals they aren't even listed on the menu so the cashier has to tell you what they are, making it hard to follow.

I go here a lot, but I notice they put no love into the salads. The last time I went I got the strawberry poppy seed salad, and they put a tiny bit of iceberg and a fruit cup on top and that was it. Tonight, I got the Greek Salad, and they gave me all butrotten lettuce with no tomatoes and puny amount of onions. I actually asked for the Mediterranean bowl, but they said theydidn't have it when I know they do. The customer service is pretty lame too. Hopefully, they start to do better.
