Panera Bread - Gadsden

The food is great, but the menu is not in a way to simply read it and know what is... and how for the due meals they are not even listed on the menu, so the checkout must tell you what they are, make it hard to follow.

I go here a lot, but I notice they put no love into the salads. The last time I went I got the strawberry poppy seed salad, and they put a tiny bit of iceberg and a fruit cup on top and that was it. Tonight, I got the Greek Salad, and they gave me all but rotten lettuce with no tomatoes and puny amount of onions. I actually asked for the Mediterranean bowl, but they said they didn't have it when I know they do. The customer service is pretty lame too. Hopefully, they start to do better.

I just wanted to shout out to Brian for being so nice tonight.. I had a pick up order and noticed 2 items left off once I got back to work..we called and he immediately did all he could to fix it, with the nicest attitude. And a the food was fantastic!

Margarita Flatbread Pizza Chicken/Fuji Apple salad was delicious. I was ordering on line but couldn't figure out how to pay w/gift card rather than debit/credit card, so had to go inside order. Otherwise, no problems.

To be fair. It 's very clean and well laid out. Panera Bread has figured out how actually do modern fast food. But in a healthy way. However. For a $10 full salad I expect quite a lot more. Lettuce is not that expensive. The portion was barely laying in the bottom of the to-go container. I 'm sure they are just following the corporate standards. Good going looking out for that bottom line and maximizing the profits.
