Bidra med feedbackNot too bad overall. Waitress was timely, friendly and professional. Food was good but not outstanding. Interior of restaurant needs cleaning renovation, but not bad. Good place to go for seafood specials. Would go again.
I've worked in the service industry for YEARS so I try to be very understanding... especially when it's a busy holiday! That being said... We were a reserved party of 5 1/2 (5 adults and a toddler) we didn't get our biscuits until the appetizers came out, since there's 6 of us we asked for more rolls right away which didn't come out until AFTER we ate. The food wasn't what we were expecting, the clam chowder was very watery even!! It wasn't THAT busy and we had to flag our waitress down to get refills... All and all we had a great Father's Day and enjoyed spending quality time with one another!
Being a long time Red Lobster fan I was excited to go to this location after I moved to the area. From the first minute I realized this location did not follow the standards of others I had been to. The restaurant was empty and we were sat at a booth with a soaking wet table and greeted by a waitress who was training a new hire. That was the last time we saw the tenured waitress, the trainee who was very unsure of herself and made the dinner very uncomfortable which would have been bearable but the food was far less than par as well. Both the chowder and the crab legs were lukewarm when brought to the table and cold within minutes. After calling over the manager who was heavily tattooed with a large nose ring she offered to take %10 off our near $100 bill between two people. We will not be back to this location.
Very expensive and small quantity and no salad anymore. It is now a side that you have to pay extra
They took away so many items that were very much love on the menu and have risen prices to much on the desert choices.
