Will not be returning to this establishment, at this location, again. Felt extremely frustrated and ashamed. The staff was rude and when asked to give a refund on a item-refused! Had to ask to get the rest of my order, a plastic bag (which they said was too big), and a cup holder for the beverages. I was carrying 2 beverages, a box of donuts and hashbrowns to my car!

Oh my gosh!! The best servers ever, serving great products! Thank you!

It's Dunkin', so if you're looking for a fine dining experience like Gordon Ramsay, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. The coffee is good—not watery like some other places. The donuts are fine; I'm not a big donut enthusiast, but I was pleasantly surprised by their specialty donut of the month!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years because of the excellent service, particularly from staff members like Mayuri, who always greets everyone with a smile from morning until afternoon.
