Bidra med feedbackWe went at a non busy time and waited an hour for our order. The one very slow waitress didn't clear plates so the place kept getting fuller with dirty plates on about half the tables. Care factor of staff was nil. We won't waste our time again. It was depressing just being there.It felt like a cash process line pay and wait for forever for a simple meal.
I waited 50 minutes for coffee only to receive the wrong order. The service was terrible when placing my order. I tried to use a Cherry Beans Card from another cafe for a free coffee, but the server refused to accept it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
My wife and I have been here many times sometimes for coffee and cake and at other time for a light meal. At all times we have been satisfied with the quality of the food, the service is always good for us. However, when the cafe is crowded the waiting time is quite long, but we have always been informed of the waiting time by courteous staff. The wraps are very nice, the coffee is enjoyable. We will continue to go there because we enjoy the food and the experience.
I decided to grab a ham, cheese, and tomato croissant that was toasted to go. It sounded simple enough, but unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. I had to endure 30 minutes of listening to the staff behind the counter complaining about the lack of good Chinese restaurants in Canberra. When my food finally arrived, it looked like it had been haphazardly put together by someone who couldn't see or feel properly. The tomato slices were way too thick, making the whole croissant soggy and cold. The waitress, who seemed uninterested and unfriendly, handed it to me when I was already running late for work. Despite my politeness, she only grunted at me and rolled her eyes. To top it off, this disappointing breakfast cost me a hefty $17. It makes me wonder how much they have to spend on ingredients, particularly given the excessive amount of tomatoes on my croissant. Honestly, the food options at the Outlet Centre are generally unappetizing, but Caffe Cherry Beans stands out as the worst of the lot. It's surprising that it hasn't been replaced with something better during the COVID shutdown, considering how subpar it is. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I usually don't write negative reviews unless the service or food is exceptionally terrible. It's important to remember that these reviews can affect people's livelihoods.
Not sure what was going on here but it appeared the staff did not want us in here and wanted to shut up shop and get out early. It was near 4:30 in the afternoon and they had already started packing up. My coffee eventually came out and was luke warm, milkshake like... I sent it back and the (angry) owner came out took a sip in front of me and said you want very hot coffee you should order I replied I do not want very hot I want hot. Not warm! My kids, wife and i left, Never to come back again.
