Yuiga Doxon - Furano

So we found another rustic place on our traverse of this frozen island called Hokkaido. This place specializes in black curry. About a 100m from the door the aroma hits you and you realize how hungry you are. The base curry is the same for their dishes but you have a choice of meats or vegetables. Vegetarian options available. We had the gratin Doria. Essentially baked curry rice with a generous smothering of cheese. Who knew curry and cheese would work so well together. Food was delicious. Remember to also try their beers which they brew themselves. Beer is served with sausages which are incredibly tasty. The Pilsner is my favorite. I highly recommend this place.

Must visit restaurant at Furano. Come for the second time while at Furano, always happy after meals. Do do do do for extra curry for free.. Enak banget sih ga nyesel !

Best curry i ever had! Try their hot chocolate, sausage and omelette curry. Privilege to try their Pork curry doria (seasonal menu)... It was beyond anything i have ever tasted. Place is small so better to come earlier. If you want to add more curry, you need to go to the counter and shout dodododo. 10/10

Really high quality place, highly recommend the omu-curry with their homemade sausage. Going downstairs for more roux is fun and the staff are super nice. Their home beer is killer.

It’s delicious and I have waited for about 45 minutes for it. To be honest, I think it’s not worth it. I would wait for 10 minutes maximum next time. I’ll recommend the chocolate for the drink, it’s the most impressive thing I’ve had.
