I have been ordering for three consecutive weeks... I always have problems with the order... the last time was this Monday holiday, I placed the order at 11:20 am, in theory it took up to 90 minutes, it was almost two in the afternoon and I called a thousand times , none of them attended to me... we went personally, the order was still there, I told them that I didn't understand why they ask for your phone number when you place an order, if they are not even able to send you a message informing you of the delay... the girls who were working , one of them seemed speechless, and the face she had... my goodness! The other one apologized to us, but they didn't even give us an explanation that what had happened, nothing... they charged us the same as they were going to charge us for shipping and they didn't even pay the slightest attention... she commented on it so that they could improve it as soon as possible. to the service, since we all know that the sandwiches are spectacular.
