The Shack Smokehouse Seafood - Fulton

The Shack was such a great dinner spot for my family! We went after a long day at the beach and everyone devoured their meals. The food was piping hot and delivered quickly to the table. My husband and I got the fried fish and shrimp and our kids got chicken strips. Our server was lovely and gave us recommendations on a beach to visit while we are here. We would absolutely go back!

Our family has been coming to RP for years and the SHACK is always at the top of everyone's list! The food is ALWAYS GREAT and definitely the HANDS DOWN BEST BURGER AROUND!

The rating is for the philly cheese steak sandwich. It's very good. Not a large sandwich but more filling than I expected, I don't like a huge lunch to weigh me down. It does come with a side of choice and for the meal reasonably priced. If you prefer big meals, maybe order a second side. I've had the fried shrimp at The Shack and it was good. I see good reviews on the brisket, however I was not overly impressed. I tried it and like every other BBQ joint in town it just doesn't measure up for me. I know how to cook good brisket and know some good pit masters. Cooking brisket is an art but it's not brain surgery. However I've found no place in the Rockport that does it right, so take my review as you wish.

Very fresh and delicious shrimp and fish!!! Service was swift and friendly. This was one of our favorite meals!!
